About Me
Chyanne, APRN is a Certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner. She has always had a passion for helping others and health actualization. Her passion led her to attaining a Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida and then to become a Registered Nurse. As a Registered Nurse, she was privileged to work in critical care. Feeling she could have a more impactful role in a patients health, she received her Masters in Nursing from the University of Florida. She loves helping her patients navigate chronic diseases as well as working in internal medicine/ family health were she gets to treat a variety of patients. When she is not working she loves spending time with her husband and four children by watching funny movies and dancing to music.
